So I'm finishing up school and I wanted to take a gap year before I decided to go to university as I want to work on my compositions and if my A-level music grade is good then I might consider studying music in university. I spoke to my music teacher about this and she strongly suggested that I should get an iPad and compose using it. I only use Sibelius 7 to compose and I'm aware that the sound quality is not ideal but that method of composing works very well for me. I've tried to use FL studio and I've used Logic Pro X in school but I just couldn't really wrap my head around it. Do you guys have any idea on what would be the best composition software to use for an iPad or anything that would be similar to Sibelius? Im also thinking about getting a MIDI keyboard as we use those in school and they're very handy.
TLDR: I don't know what to do with my life at the moment....So what composition software for iPad would you recommend that's preferably similar to Sibelius?
