I mean I'm not going to make fun of you for it but I do disagree with your opinion on that being what is driving away viewers. I think you vastly overestimate peoples ability to not care about people doing shitty things. I mean look at sports in general there are some truly terrible things different players have done time and time again and people are still watching those sports and even teams.
