If this is a pepega idea please let me know why, and make sure to eli5 pepegas rolled into one.
Setting aside the investment difference between T1 and T2/T3, would people watch more lower tier Overwatch if the system was more fluid like a Football Pyramid? (the system the English Premier League uses) It'd be cool to watch teams literally rise up over a couple years right?
