[Serious question] is being a distraction as Genji still being a good Genji?

Post Body

I've been practicing with Genji a lot (I'm on console) and with having the Xbox pro controller I set my jump to one of the paddles on the back, this was I can constantly jump, while aiming, while shooting. Anyway the question is, is being a distraction good? Most of the time while in the air as genji I will miss a lot of my shots, probably have about 30curacy, but it always seems like my teammates can get the kills while the enemy team is trying to take me down. Is this only because I'm in qualifying in ranked and the people I'm playing against aren't the greatest? Is it because the people are playing with a controller rather than a mouse so they don't have that precision accuracy? Or is it seriously a viable strategy?
