So my friend has played multiple games as tank and won (I’ve even witnessed this in person) and it just won’t add to his progress, I tried playing with him as unranked and it wouldn’t let us because “we weren’t in the same pool” now I’m ranked gold 1 and we still can’t play because of the same reason, he’s had this issue literally since overwatch 2 dropped, anyone got any ideas?
