Debuff tracking in M+ without Elvui

Hey,
I’ve recently got rid of ElvUI for performance related issues, and would like to know if theres any addons similar to what Naowh for example in this clip https://clips.twitch.tv/ModernFilthyAppleCharlieBitMe-Lk30RLZwm6wo9fBK has on the right side of his party frames to track debuffs of his party members?
The only way I found is heavy black/whitelisting of different debuffs, as you ideally dont want every debuff shown, only the ”relevant” ones.
