need help building a team

Hey y'all, I'm recently getting back into Pokemon after a long hiatus, me and some friends from work are having a tournament We were selected a type at random and have to build a team around it, I got rock type

I haven't played the games since gen 2

I'm needing help building a bad ass rock team

I was thinking caolassal Gargancl Glimmora Tyranitar Lycoon dreadnaw We are also allowed to have 1 Pokemon not of that type as long as it's terra type matches with the type we got

Im wanting to know thoughts and opinions on this team, if I should choose a different pokemon What items, IV/EV spreads I should do, movesets
