Thoughts about this Samurott-Hisui set?

I'm hyped to finally be able to use Samurott and it being actually viable when home drops, so I've been tinkering about to get a set I like. Seen a lot of people say they'd run band or scarf, but I think I like assault vest more. Thoughts?

I know you want Special Def. To be high but maxing out HP & SpD doesn’t work as well as you think. Having only 108 Attack you won’t be able to take things out fast enough and they’ll just setup on you because they’re taking no damage. 90 base HP isn’t bad and doesn’t need to be maxed with the SpD. Trying 120HP, 200Attack, and the rest where you want. Will get better results .
