For those who don’t know, Warzone 2 is a disaster. Bugs aside, they squashed any skill gap by making everything slow (movement, ADS, reloading, applying armor, etc.), giving a really fast TTK, and providing aim assist on steroids. It’s clear that they want to make the game as casual as possible, and by doing so are alienating competitive players.
Respawn will hopefully learn from this and take advantage of it, by enhancing the competitive integrity of their game. Doing so would draw a lot of the competitive players in, and help retain the ones they have. Hopefully we seen some balancing, AA reduction/ input separated lobbies, and improvements in the near future, but I’m not holding my breath.
