Looking for info on Shepherd Firearms

Hey guys looking for info on this company and thier products. I've only been able to find one article on USCCA from years ago about them. That and an inactive Twitter page. If anyone knows anything post up or message me. Seems they were a "premium" 3 gun style ar manufacturer between around 2012-2015ish.
