Hard to get doctrines

I am a new player to coh2 and am missing a couple of commanders including the shock motor heavy tatics and assault support doctrine. I understand that these commanders were unlockable previously by just playing and now are only unlockable via war spoils which makes them extremely rare. I wish relic would add these commanders to the store so I could purchase them!
