So, when I scheduled my 902 exam about a month ago I chose a Sunday because I typically have off Sundays and the scheduling on the website allowed me to pick the date and time. Well today I got an email from pearson vue stating that my test center notified them that they cannot host my exam tomorrow. As you all probably know, you cannot reschedule an exam without 24 hour notice. Pearson Vue customer service is closed on the weekends. Their chat option is closed on the weekend. I looked up the testing location and APPARENTLY they are closed on Sundays...so glad they let me schedule my exam even though they would be closed and then give me notice the day before. Anyways, does anyone know of any alternate way to contact Pearson and try to schedule it for a different location tomorrow? Ive been doing NOTHING all week other than working and studying, and I was super ready to take it tomorrow and now I'm pretty furious. I'm sure Pearson wont invalidate my voucher since they sent me an email and case number, but I'd really like to take the exam tomorrow. Any help is appreciated 👍
