Lol right there with ya, seasonal/allergic asthma and ADHD.
Iβm on stimulants and running is shit on them. Went on a slow(!) 7 mile run today and my AVERAGE HR was at 183bpm. It also really makes me struggle with running in warmer weather.
Itβs cool for lifting but reeally sucks for endurance in my experience.
