I decided to go swimming recently. My local swimming pool has open locker rooms and a communal shower. After the swim I plucked enough courage to go into the showers.

At first I was on my own, and I felt a bit insecure, so I showered with my swimming trunks on. I decided that if I grabbed my towel and had it close by I would feel more comfortable. I went back to the showers, and slowly peeled off my trunks.

Another man joined me, and also stripped off. I think at first I faced towards the wall, so no one could see me. But as I stood there I gained more confidence and turned around. There were other men getting changed in the locker room too.

I then grabbed my towel and dried myself off, and walked to my locker. I felt comfortable enough being exposed and getting dressed in front of others.

All in all, I really enjoyed it. After experiencing nudism previously, it was nice to be in a public nude environment again. I had been naked in locker rooms before, but never had the courage to shower naked like that in front of others.

I think as I get naked more in the locker room, my confidence will grow, and I won't have anything holding me back!
