Not quite a communal shower but some decent set ups and decent amount of men comfortable being nude.

First is Franklin Athletic Club. Locker room has a sauna, steam, and hot tub. Half the showers don’t have curtains. Small percentage of men are naked in the sauna or walking around the locker room. Some guys do use the hot tub naked. This is by far the best wet area I have seen in metro Detroit.

Second is Beverly Hills Club. Locker room has a steam. Half the showers also don’t have curtains. Generally more men are comfortable interacting naked with each other here.
