Locker room that shuns nudity but members does the opposite

Yesterday, the gym was packed with members and the locker room was thriving with naked members! I was taken back because this location has a heavy Muslim population.
There was one point members were allowed to go in hot tub naked but complaints change that. Yesterday, it was surprising to see members carrying there towels in there hand or on there shoulder
I was able to be brave and urinate naked as my towel was on the divider. Boy, I loved it and felt nice to not care. I taught couple member glancing but that was liberation feeling of pride to expose my manhood
