Choosing a communal shower when a curtained option also exists?
Post Body

I always feel weird choosing an open shower when there are also curtained options available. My base y has a row of communal showers but there are more curtained stalls and almost no one uses the communal ones aside from the swim team and they all wear their suits while showering. Today I was at a different y and they actually had majority communal showers including Bradley poles which I never have seen before and was excited to use. However there were also a few curtained stalls and as I was there at an odd hour there was only one other person showering when I got out of the pool. They were in the curtained stall and I peer pressured myself into using one too. I guess I always feel more comfortable being a follower despite preferring the communal experience. Anyone else feel similar?
