I went to a kspa a while ago and really enjoyed it. I’ve been twice now and I keep thinking it would be more enjoyable with a buddy. I have mentioned it to quite a few friends. Most say they’d feel uncomfortable being naked around other guys. Being naked around me, a friend, might also factor in although none have said that.

Two friends have said they’re interesting in going. Things keep getting in the way of friend 1 going. Doubt it will happen any time soon. Friend 2 is down but can’t join for another month or so.

I have been trying to convince few other close friends who are either weirded out by being naked with other guys or aren’t confident enough in their bodies to do it. It actually shocks me as they all have MUCH better bodies than myself and are either in average shape or better.

“Why can’t we go somewhere where they wear bathing suits?”

“People will look at me”

“Why would I want to see a bunch of dudes naked?”

I’ve done my best to allay their fears but it hasn’t really worked and I think if I push too much they’ll get even more weirded out.

All this being said, of course I would not force my friends. I will always respect them and I want them to be comfortable. But I do think they’d enjoy it.

Does anyone have any thoughts or tips for convincing a friend to join? Has anyone else had this issue?
