What does "sell the downside risk" on a commodity mean?
Post Body

I don't have any experience in trading commodities, only stock and stock options. I came across that recommendation (about copper) while reading a reserach publication from my bank. Which financial instrument are they referrring to? I can sell the downside risk by writing a put option on a copper etf, but I don't think that's what theyโ€™re talking about.
