Question on Net cash flow, does expenses in financials include loan payment
Post Body

When we see properties for example that has a revenue of $140k’ish, expenses of $40k’ish, and an NOI of roughly 100k’ish this still does not include the loan expense payments correct?

Meaning if I were to buy that property with lending I should not think of it as 100k cash flow but 100k minus my annual loan expense?
