I have a piece of property that a company might like to buy I am just speculating if they would want it to expand their manufacturing plant ,Which right now they're just preparing the ground for the new plant. But the company has been around for over a hundred years. My question is what is the best way to maybe offer them the property which is 1 are of land but how the property is would be vital later if they would like to build on to the plant . I have looked for.comtact information which I see none just only a product website and customer support. Just need advice .
