Remote CRE Consulting - how to work with clients with a significant time difference.

I'm CRE consultant and am able to work with my clients remotely, however I'm in a similar timezone as them, usually within 1-4 hour time difference.
I'm curious to hear from any CRE professionals that are or have previously run their businesses while overseas in a country with a significant time difference and how you are currently managing that (or managed to do that).
