I regret becoming a developer. I wish I would’ve become a broker. Looking for advice on how to transition.

As the title says, I regret my career choice. If I could rewind time, I’d go into capital markets brokerage . Development is a grind, you’re underpaid for a significant portion of your career, and projects take way too long.
Any advice on how to transition into a capital markets role ?
