Audio scheduler?

Can anyone recommend some software that can loop mp3 files based on a time schedule?
I am looking for something to run the entrance and exit messaging for the stadium I work for. Right now I play the file from a cd player. I will start the file before doors open, change it to the exit file close to the end of the event. then shut it off. I would like to find a way to automate this.
