So my mom called asking why there was a notification saying I was trying to log into her account. I have no idea how it would even give a name if I was even trying to do so, which I'm not. So I'm a little confused and could use some advice or confirmation. What should I do here or what is happening? I recommended to her to change her password, but would that be somewhat of an issue on my end if someone is using my name on a comcast account to falsely sign in to or did I get my account hacked I didn't even know I had a Comcast account if it's mine or not.
