Why am i paying for a service that I can’t use. Today I couldn’t do any work costing me so much money.
The outage started at earlier in the day(1PM) with blimps in and out and its still out(7PM).
If i lose my remote job because of this I can’t keep this service.
Can someone from support reach out to me. I lose you guys on the phone constantly and i cant get a hold of anyone but sales.
I want my service canceled.. ill try another provider.
