same problem as: https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/comments/uf3qo5/we_received_your_cancellation_request_that_i_did/

Except I know that one of my housemate was the one that put in our address. One of my housemates noticed we had slow internet and tried to move their old internet plan (from a previous apartment) to our address to get "faster internet" earlier today. I am pretty sure you can only have 1 xfinity account per unit in our 3 unit building, so I think xfinity thought my housemate was moving to our current address (even though our housemate has been living here for over a year) and cancelled our existing service just like in the post I linked above. The housemate that tried to move their old plan to our current address is not a part of our current xfinity plan (me and one other housemate have our xfinity accounts connected to the plan).

I talked to my housemate about it and now we realize we just want to keep our original plan (we already have the fastest plan possible for our address with gigabit down)

xfinity support looks to be unavailable since its so late and it looks like they plan to shut our internet off by the end of today so I wanted to get the cancellation request reversed and get our original plan back.

Thanks!
