Intermittent Connection Issues - Please Help

My connection used to be consistent. But for the past 3-4 weeks it has been intermittent. Usually during rainy weather which has been happening alot here. When the connection actually works, it works great but it has become completely unreliable. I have talked to numerous useless individuals from India and they accomplished nothing .

A tech came out and checked my modem and my lines. He confirmed that there is no issue with them. That makes perfect sense to me since he also spoke with my neigbor while he was here and confirmed my neighbor's connection goes out the same as mine. I just lost my internet again as I type this.

This is getting ridiculous. The tech said a maintenance crew was to come out and find the problem at the plant or in between the plant and my place. This hasn't happened and it's been 2 weeks.

I am really ready to go to slower speeds with T-Mobile Home Internet.

This is my last attempt before permantently cancelling my service.

This is terrible. I can't even get an American when I call. It's so ridiculous.

*P.S. I have to wait until the internet is up again in order to post this....

It's heavy rain here right now. It's goine out 4 times in 15 minutes. Tons of T3 and T4 errors and Dynamic Range Window Violations on my Arris S33 modem.
