Gigabit plan in West Coast USA, should be 1000 down 35 up I believe.

Getting less than 500 80 percent of the time. A lot of 300-350 mbps reads. Used various speed test sites from fastcom to xfinity to Ookla speedtestnet and while fastcom is normally slower than the other two, I still normally get much lower speeds than expected. Upload speeds are around 35-40 as expected.

I went through the trouble shooting wiki and everything looked normal except my hardware numbers here:

I am running an XB7 model number Model:TG4482A router/modem I am renting from Xfinity.

Are these hardware numbers out of spec enough to indicate a problem?
