EDIT: here is imgur link with screenshots of the numbers: https://imgur.com/a/VHrRqFf

Gigabit plan in West Coast USA, should be 1000 down 35 up I believe.

Getting less than 500 80 percent of the time. A lot of 300-350 mbps reads. Used various speed test sites from fastcom to xfinity to Ookla speedtestnet and while fastcom is normally slower than the other two, I still normally get much lower speeds than expected. Upload speeds are around 35-40 as expected.

I went through the trouble shooting wiki and everything looked normal except:
When reading the Downstream Channel Bonding Value section, I see Index of 20, 4,5,6,...,32,33,34,48, [blank]. Every channel except for 48 and [blank] is roughly SNR of 38.605377 and Power Level of 11.900002 on average and QAM256. Index 48 is frequency 850000000, SNR 4.737415, Power Level -60.0000, and Modulation is UNSUPPORTED. The blank index is frequency 713600000, SNR NA, Power Level NA, and Modulation is OFDM. On CM Error Codewords, the unerrored codewords are around 8500, and correctable and uncorrectable are 0 and 0 for everything except the last entry. Last entry has unerrored codewords 559030611, and value of 3735936685 for correctable codewords and value of 3735936685 for uncorrectable codewords.

I am running an XB7 model number Model:TG4482A router/modem I am renting from Xfinity.

Do the hardware numbers above indicate a problem?

Thanks
