Been hAving problems with xfinity since day one of gig service. Never get a gig. Highest is 700 at modem with new computer Ethernet cat 6 new cable. Lots of error messages, correctable on the modem GUI. Lots of drops in service and slow speed. Could use some help looking at the logs. Years ago xfinity ran a direct line from my box on sonde off house to modem. All outlets capped no splitters don’t use xfinity for tv. Would appreciate feedback on the cm1000 logs. Thanks.
Should this be escalated to a tech coming out. I am even doubting if gig service is really needed. I pay for unlimited service family of 4 so who knows. Kids 2 Xbox’s streaming TVs all kinds of computers and smart home devices. Is a gig actually really even needed? I digress. Feedback on logs appreciated xfinity cm1000 gig logs
