Constant disconnects due to upstream power, how to contact local support

Post Body

I've been having the issue of constant disconnects due to upstream power issues for a few months now. I've had techs out to confirm it's a line problem, but I have no way to get information about when that's being fixed. If I check the status map it says "We will be working on the issues in your area within 24 hours", and it has said that for weeks.

All I want to do is get an idea on where it is on the priority list, and hopefully bump it up, but there's no way to contact local support. Going through the tech support bot isn't helpful when the internet works sometimes, but isn't reliable, and the call center workers aren't able to give me an answer on when the issue will be addressed.

I've had to quit online gaming because of it (or rather, been banned from disconnects), can't stream tv reliably, can't video chat, and have no idea how I'm supposed to even apply for jobs now that I've been laid off if I can't get a reliable connection. I've been patient, paying my full bill over the past few months, but I'm beginning to wonder why I'm paying.
