8-12 hour hold times?

I am unable to log into my xfinity mobile account to update my payment because my log in for my cable and internet services isn’t the “primary” one to log into the mobile app so I can’t even access the app...
So I have to call and have that situated but the wait time is 8-12 hours.
What the heck is going on? I’ve never had issues logging into the mobile app.
