The internet seems to regularly go down for 10-30 minute stretches at least once every three workdays or so. I have never noticed the issue occurring on weekends. It is usually either around 9-10 am, around noon, or around 3-4 pm.
Sometimes there are outages reported, but other times insofar as I am able to tell the issue is localized. This most recent time I checked power level/SNR/etc. and all appeared to be within the values listed on the 'Basic Connectivity Issues'.
I have not unplugged the XB3 I am leasing from Comcast directly, but I have used the 'Reset my Gateway' option through Xfinity.
I only unplugged the coaxial cable for the first time this past time. It seemed to be connected properly, and I didn't see any evidence of the cable being destroyed, though I am considering buying a new coax cable because I know that there had been significant amounts of weight placed on it a specific point in the past. There are no splitters or amplifiers attached to the coax line.
Wired vs. wireless provides no difference.
All devices on network are experiencing issues.
I have not done any pinging or running any traceroutes while the error was occurring.
