Swap SIM from iPhone 6s to iPhone 5c

I have an iPhone 6s with some water damage and the charging port is messed up and it’s on Xfinity Mobile through their BYOD program. Rather than buy a new phone or fix this one, I’d like to use an old (unlocked) Verizon iPhone 5C that I have. Is this possible? Can I just swap the SIM card?
