I bought an iPhone 7 Plus thats locked to Xfinity and what a nightmare. I bought it brand new at a tech shop in the box. The device isn’t in a financial agreement nor is it lost, stolen nor blacklisted. Calling Comcast was horrible. They couldn’t help because i dont have mobile service with them though i do have this home internet. Apple did everything to help but said its up to Xfinity. I bought it because i was told all Verizon phones are unlocked but seems Xfinity has took that away Please someone help or suggest.
