I was interested in seeing what my internet usage was halfway through this month, so I logged onto my account and couldn't for the life of me find a button link that sent me to the usage meter. I did manage to find the link via a Google search and also after a conversation with someone from Xfinity Chat.
But why not include a button to the usage meter from the 'My Account' part of the website? Politics of the implementation aside, wouldn't it be prudent to let customers know where they stand in relation to the usage meter? I can go look at my water / gas / electric meters in the basement. And I can call my cell carrier to see how many minutes I have for this month.
Thoughts?
