I keep getting drops in service (what a surprise). They are very quick drops, then right back up and it knocks me off my work VPN and other programs. I call service and they run a test signal and see the line is getting service so they don’t send anymore. I’ve replaced the equipment and it’ll be good for maybe a week or two and then back to constant drops. At the last place I liked in when this was happening, they had to replace a switch in the building. I am now in a house.
How do I get this resolved? Is there a way to get a supervisor or higher level technician to come look at the issue instead of no joke, 12 of the same techs coming out, testing lines and changing ends?
