Post Body

Hey, I have an Arris TG1682G and for the last month or so have attempted to disable the radio frequencies and use it with ethernet. I tried just about everything besides opening it up and modifying it to remove the wifi capabilities physically. There is no possible way to stop the thing from emitting RF while on.

I'd like to find a modem that can do this, and use this in place of the arris 98% of the time (ethernet). I've viewed the reccomended device list but just wanted to make sure I knew what the process would be. If anybody from Xfinity could give me some tips I would highly appreciate it. Thanks yall!
