According to an email from Comcast support, my last day of service was August 12. On August 13, I was charged for a bill, which is understandable because the whole system was automated and I had been told that I'd get a refund for the time that wasn't used since it was already in the system.
Problem is, I logged into my account today and it's still got me set up for an autopay for next month - it's not showing my service as canceled despite having already sent my equipment in.
What gives - has anyone else had a similar experience? Is there anything I can do? I disabled autopay in the meantime to stop the payment from going through automatically.
