Houston,TX/Pasadena Outage ETA?

Hi, all Xfinity services in my area have been down since approx. 9:30pm Wed. I keep checking within the app for an update and have subscribed to text updates regarding the outage, but have received none. What is the ETA for service to be restored? I am in south Houston and we only lost power for an hour in comparison to north Houston 30 miles away where the area was hit hard with days long power outages. The app tells me I can’t be connected to a representative due to the outage.
