Very Upset with Xfinity Phone Support

Couple days ago, a phone call to Xfinity had me excited about upgrading my upload speed because of the 10g Network upgrade but I was told that I have to upgrade my modem from xb7 to xb8. It arrives so I am still not fully believing that was the truth so I called Xfinity again. This time I was told that the only way to get a higher upload was if I upgraded to the Gigabit X2(isn’t it now X3?) but I would have to convert my bulk tv account to do so. Meaning that the tv service that’s included with my rent would now cost me money that shouldn’t. He even said that the 10g Network was 100% completed Nationwide and that it won’t include a upgrade to the Upload speed. So frustrating to find out that middle of June maybe July is when they say that it will be ready for me according to Xfinity Chat agent I chatted with after that call. Ugh!
