So I am a new Xfinity customer still within my 30 day Guarantee and I had a sligtht issue with some equipment when I first signed up and was promised a few days credit. And my new bill dropped and I reached out to the Care Team and they said no they where not going to credit the $4.00 . And then I said I could just Cancel within the first 30 days . And there response was When would I like to disconnect ??? I am in a good place where I am I have both Frontier Fiber avail and Xfinity. I just like the Idea of paying 25$ a month and Not $54.99 a month and I had been happy with Xfinity up until today. And let not talk about just the $4.00 here I had tom go back and forth 4 times to get a decent XB3 Gateway that actually worked
