Just signed up 2 weeks ago . And I had a few hiccups on the installation but now everything is smotth . Tech was able to install a XB7 and replaced the drop and all has been good. Best bang for the Buck for 24 months no contract cancel anythime. After my first month is everything is still good I am going to cancel my Frontier 500 mb plan which I pay $59.99. And I know fiber is better but in these times saving money means more and no price hassle for 2 years
