I started back up with Comcast because they already had a line to my new rental. Fast forward and the line to the house is so shoddy anytime the wind kicks up I lose internet. They sent techs twice to rerun the line and no improvement. So I cancel my service, settle up the account and all's good, right? Nope, three months later I'm getting collections calls for the cancelation fee... No notice, no attempts from Comcast to settle this. Just sent to collections. What a joke. I would rather go stone age no internet than ever use them again.
