I'm using a Comcast modem and Orbi router. We have the triple phone,TV, internet plan.

I'm supposed to have 1200 mbps. But I'm getting between 300-400 mbps according to Ookla broadband tests. Orbi router download speed is 930.

I've had 2 Comcast techs at the house. They've swapped out my cable box and my modem and gave me new ones. They've gone over everything and can't seem to figure out what's the problem

Can anyone think of anything I'm missing that's degrading the speed? Or is this just the way things work with Comcast and there's nothing I can do?
