Vehicle smoke

Hey all! Does anyone know if it’s possible to disable smoke launchers in vehicles? Or at least prevent them firing automatically? This is especially irritating when I have an immobilised vehicle in the middle of an urban area and the AI crew decide to pop smoke because Terry Taliban ran past the intersection with his RPG... and now no one can see anything. Cheers!!
