Olentangy trail needs updated!

I am not one to complain, but who do I need to speak with about the olentangy bike trail that runs along 315!? I wrecked my bike today near 315/161 because it’s so bumpy! And when you get near the stadium, the trail is super bumpy and dangerous as well! It’s not safe!
