Any good apartments/complexes for couples ?

My boyfriend and I are finding a place after my lease is done and I have had a hard time finding a place with a den/office/bathroom with two sinks. Not all of these are mandatory but would like some extra space because i don’t think we will be getting a two bed. When I look on apps and online few services have these as a filter. Anyone know of any places in the grandview/short north/downtown area that might have a floor plan like this ?
