Today, the Franklin County Common Pleas Court issued a preliminary injunction against a state law that mandates a 24-hour waiting period for patients seeking abortion services. The Court recognized that a person’s right to reproductive freedom is now enshrined in the Ohio Consitutiton, and rejected the Attorney General’s convoluted interpretation of the recently passed amendment. I applaud Judge Young for making clear that the state has no business interfering in the relationship between a woman and her doctor.
I mean, start where you want, girl! Yeah, I’m standing here with my shirt off, but guess what I’ve done raise. My three kids too often college one in the military and guess what I could not afford them when I had them good thing me and my husband worked it out and we made a big strong family.but like I said, let’s just not discount decision because that’s all abortion is if it’s not for saving purposes.
